Prior to ScinoPharm, Dr. Shen was a Pharmaceutical Consultant developing global pharmaceutical manufacturing strategies, CEO and Founder of ScinoPharm US, Corporate VP, Corporate Operations & Technology Transfer Syntex Pharmaceutical Corporation. Dr. Shen graduated from Lehigh University (PhD) and National Taiwan University (BS).
