CBA Summer BBQ in Sunnyvale
Our summer BBQ picnic is our most popular social event of the year, sporting a large turnout and a splendid time for all. This year, our annual picnic will be in Lakewood Park in Sunnyvale, on Sat, Aug 12, 2006, 11 AM-2 PM. We will prepare delicious main dishes (chow mein, fried rice, or rice vermicelli/mi fen), BBQ chicken specially prepared from the recipe of our famous Gary Hsieh's kitchen, summer vegetable kabobs, and ice-cold sodas and water. We have reserved a picnic area under beautiful towering trees with plenty of cool shade. There is even a water park for kids (even big kids like you) to play in -- bring an extra piece of clothing and a towel if you plan to get wet. So drop your white lab coat and pipettes. Put your samples in the freezer for another day, and give the lab rats the night off. Join us with your whole clan for some sizzling outdoor cooking on a beautiful summer day at Sunnyvale for this fun, fabulous event. Just bring a hat, a bottle of sun screen, a happy face, and a hearty appetite.
